Snake Alley Noodles

What you need:

* 3/4 lb. uncooked spaghetti
* 1/4 c. soy sauce
* 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
* 4 tsp. cornstarch
* 1 lb. ground pork
* 1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger root
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
* 3/4 c. chopped green onions
* 1/2 lb. cooked baby shrimp, rinsed and drained

What to do:

1. Cook spaghetti according to pkg. directions, omitting salt; drain and keep warm.
2. Combine soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch and 1 c. water; set aside.
3. Stir-fry pork with ginger, garlic and red pepper in hot wok or large skillet over med. heat, until pork is cooked. Add green onions; stir-fry 1 min. Add soy sauce mixture; cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens slightly. Stir in shrimp and heat through. Pour over noodles and toss to combine.
